Hypnotherapy: How does hypnosis work?

Hypnosis works by altering our state of consciousness in such a way that
the non-analytical right-hand side is made more alert, and analytical left-hand side of the brain is turned off.
The conscious control of the mind is suppressed as this is the part that requires to be altered in order for the more intuitive part to awaken to create the change in the client behaviour and patterns. As the subconscious mind is a deeper- instinctive force and retains all the information required to bring up for conscious catharsis to take place. Re-programming , altering or abolishing old beliefs, symptoms and programs that are hindering and limiting client from moving forward successfully and with greater awareness and clarity.

 

Clinical Hypnotherapy Integration

Clinical Hypnotherapy is a safe healing practice promoting a positive wellbeing.Re-programming behaviours and patterns within the mind, with an induced trance like state where the awesomeness is enhanced and concentration is solely focused on the therapist voice.
As the body is relaxed from conscious control, during the induced trance state of hypnosis, the metabolic and pulse rate falls and breathing becomes slower and deeper. By suppressing the conscious mind and the subconscious mind awakens where all suppressed emotions, fears ,phobias,negative thoughts , patterns are revealed to be overcome.

Color Psychology

Colour is energy, and when light travels in waves and strikes a coloured object it reflects its own atomic structure which is what the human eye sees. Session Duration
